Fall Teacher Training

Another teacher workshop down, and another step forward.

Urban Sustainability Solutions would like to thank Athens Drive Magnet High School for hosting the workshop in its occupational course of study classroom. Once again, thank you to Len Curington from Southern High School, Rachel Owens from Northern High School and Mitch Woodward from NC State Cooperative Extension Service whom helped train our participating teachers. We also could not of done it without the cooperation of several amazing Wake County residents providing their property for on-site learning. And of course, thank you to the wonderful teachers from Athens Drive who participated in our fall workshop. It was great seeing local educators excited about new ways to teach. We look forward to working with all the participating teachers in the future for a student workshop.
